Support for illness. Guidance for care. Space for you.
It’s Nice to Meet You.
Hi, I’m Amanda Dodson—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most tender and challenging transitions. My work centers on the emotional and relational impact of serious illness, caregiving, aging, grief, and navigating the end of life. I’m here to offer steady support as you find your way through.
Services
Counseling
I offer online therapy for adults and families across Colorado, creating a steady, compassionate space to navigate life’s hardest moments. Whether you’re facing a serious diagnosis, caring for a loved one, grieving a loss, adjusting to aging, or nearing the end of life, you don’t have to go through it alone. Sessions are secure, confidential, and held over video. For those in the Denver area, in-home sessions may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Care Planning
I offer one-time consultations and care planning sessions for individuals and families facing illness, caregiving, or end-of-life decisions. These guided conversations—held online or sometimes in your home—create space to share what matters most and move forward with clarity and connection.
Support Groups
I offer virtual support groups for adults navigating aging, serious illness, caregiving, grief and end-of-life. These groups provide a steady, compassionate space to connect with others who truly understand the complexities of your experience. Groups are held securely online, allowing you to join from anywhere in Colorado.
