Counseling
We offer virtual counseling for individuals and families across Colorado who are feeling overwhelmed by aging, health changes, caregiving responsibilities, or the uncertainty that comes with serious illness and end-of-life concerns. Aging can bring unexpected emotional shifts — changes in independence, identity, relationships, and future plans. Counseling provides a steady place to make sense of what you’re carrying and regain your footing. Some clients are adjusting to physical changes or retirement, while others are navigating difficult medical decisions, caregiver strain, or grief. Our work focuses on building emotional steadiness, strengthening communication, and helping you move forward in a way that reflects your values.
Every new client begins with a brief consultation so we can thoughtfully match you with the clinician who best fits their needs.
Care Planning
Care planning is a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening -especially during times of new diagnosis, medical crisis, or end-of-life decision-making.
Support can be tailored to your needs. Some people benefit from a one-time consultation or more flexible, ongoing guidance. Others prefer a more structured approach through the Family Alignment & Care Planning Series.
This four-session process creates space for open, guided conversations - helping family members share perspectives, feel heard, and better understand one another. Together, we take time to name what matters most, clarify values, and build a shared foundation before moving into decision-making.
The series includes an initial 90-minute alignment session to understand the full picture, followed by three sessions to continue the conversation, support next steps, and prepare for discussions with your medical team. You’ll also receive a written roadmap that reflects your shared priorities and helps guide decisions moving forward.
Support Groups
We offer virtual support groups for adults navigating:
Aging and Shifting Identity
Caregiving
Living with Serious Illness
End of Life
Grief
These groups of 4 - 8 people provide a steady, compassionate space to connect with others who truly understand the complexities of your experience. Sharing space with those in similar circumstances can ease feelings of isolation, offer new perspectives, and create a sense of community during difficult times. Groups are held securely online, allowing you to join from anywhere in Colorado.
