When a new diagnosis changes everything, a medical situation becomes urgent, or end-of-life decisions need to be made, it can be hard to know where to start.

This structured four-session process is designed to support individuals and families during these critical moments—helping you slow down, get aligned, and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.

Virtual Series (4 sessions) | $800
In-Home Series (4 sessions) | $900

Includes:
• One 90-minute alignment session
• Three 60-minute follow-up sessions (typically weekly)
• A written roadmap summarizing shared priorities and next steps

Follow-Up Sessions (as needed):
Virtual 60-minute session | $185
In-home 60-minute session | $250
